Our journey began when Andrea’s father and Jenna’s grandfather was diagnosed with ALS. Walking alongside him through that battle gave us a deep understanding of how critical compassionate, reliable care is for both clients and families. His strength and dignity inspired us to create a company built on heart, expertise, and the belief that home is the best place to age and heal.

 

Andrea Herz – Founder & Co-Owner

A diagnostic ultrasound technician by trade, Andrea has guided patients through life’s most important and emotional moments. She brings warmth, advocacy, and strong community ties to our foundation, ensuring clients feel supported from the first call. Her vision is simple—care that feels as personal as family.

 

Jenna Herz, RN-BSN – Director of Care Coordination

Jenna began her career as a caregiver and medical assistant before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked in acute care, hospice, and outpatient settings, bringing clinical expertise to every care plan. Her nursing background ensures safety, quality, and attention to detail while honoring each client’s independence and dignity.
